This KitchenAid mixer is a true wonder. Crushes the ice pieces in a few moments, and the engine is not hard to play like other blenders that I had. I highly recommend it.

Here’s a short video of my Bosch Universal mixer kneading 4 cups of flour into bread dough. I love this machine because it works so well. It handles up to 10 cups of flour effortlessly. The machine itself only weighs about 11 pounds so most anyone can easily pick it up and put it away. It does a much more thorough job kneading dough than a regular kitchenaid or Kenwood type mixer with planetary action. It’s so thorough that only one kneading is necessary.

The HSM-70 was chosen to replace a similar product that Krups has served for over 20 years. It seems that should do the same. E 'powerful, yet lightweight and flexible. The warranty is 3 years and if Cuisinart follows through which they have on other products we have owned, has a real value. So far we are very pleased with the performance of the product.
